Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Canada INC is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced food service environment requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work under pressure to ensure the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to train and supervise staff
