Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at HNM Food Services Inc O/A Red swan Pizza Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that all necessary items are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Manage Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure
