Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Reusables Co. Full time

Reusables Co. is a pioneering venture that's driving meaningful change in the fight against waste and pollution. We're on a mission to create a world where sustainability is effortless and tangible.

About Us:

We believe that institutions can play a crucial role in making sustainability accessible to all. That's why we've developed a scalable, tech-enabled solution for food businesses to adopt reusable packaging. Our platform eliminates the costs and complexity associated with offering reusables, making it easy for consumers to choose sustainable options.

The Problem:

Plastic waste is a growing concern globally, with the ocean already containing 165 million tonnes of plastic. By 2050, plastic waste could outweigh fish if we don't take drastic action. Recycling is often touted as the solution, but only 5% of plastic is actually recycled in the U.S. (9% in Canada). Governments and businesses worldwide are banning single-use plastics and committing to zero-waste solutions by 2030.

Our Solution:

Reusable packaging is the most environmentally sustainable option, but adoption has been hindered by cost and operational complexity. That's where we come in. Our platform removes these barriers, offering a scalable solution for food businesses to switch to reusable packaging. With our help, consumers can enjoy their favorite foods without contributing to the growing problem of plastic waste.

The Role:

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market initiatives in North America. This role is pivotal in driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness while directly supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO.
* Set measurable marketing goals and track performance using KPIs and analytics.
* Identify and prioritize marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives that drive business growth.
