Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SPINAL TOUCH REHAB. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clinic, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail and other materials, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, manage contracts, and perform data entry.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide customer service.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Clinic.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language.
