Job Overview:

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will oversee the efficient administration, processing, and management of payroll for site employees according to established schedules.

">

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Administer payroll transactions with precision and speed.">
  3. Collect, review, and upload timesheets from the Dynamics 365 ERP system into the Avanti payroll system before the deadline.">
  4. Standardize payroll processes for all payroll clerks across multiple sites.">
  5. Ensure accurate reconciliations of all hours by site and employee.">
  6. Deliver comprehensive training and support to payroll clerks on new project start-ups.">
  7. Establish effective relationships with multiple teams.">
  8. Collaborate with Human Resources and Sites to ensure the integrity of employee records by collecting and verifying payroll site-related information for processing in the Dynamics 365 ERP system.">
  9. Facilitate communication among team members to ensure seamless departmental collaboration.">
  10. Maintain organized payroll site files (timesheets) and records for auditing purposes.">
  11. Promote digital transformation initiatives by supporting change management efforts with client groups.">
  12. Engage with client groups to address business issues and develop strategic payroll initiatives.">
  13. Collaborate with assigned client groups to identify and plan for payroll requirements to meet short- and long-term business needs.">
  14. Contribute to corporate special projects, including payroll project development, training, and roll-out.">
  15. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and site concerns.">
  16. Design and implement comprehensive payroll training programs.">
  17. Attend quarterly site visits.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

">
  • ">
  • National Payroll Institute PCP Designation preferred but not required.">
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full payroll cycles, ideally with experience in high-volume payroll functions.">
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).">
  • Experience in ERP system administration, preferably with Dynamics 365.">
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure.">
  • Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.">
