Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Ahluwalia Logistics Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising a team of logistics staff.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the day, ensuring that all problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail.
The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and will have a high level of initiative and reliability.
