Job Title: Cashier Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Team Lead to join our team at A-1 Cash and Carry. As a Cashier Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cashiers, ensuring that sales transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train cashiers to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service standards
  • Monitor sales transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and cash handling areas
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Perform cash handling and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or cash handling environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
