Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at A-1 Cash and Carry. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor a team of cashiers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and cash handling.
- Cash Handling and Management: Oversee the cash handling process, including counting and reconciling cash, managing cash drawers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
