Main Responsibilities:- Client Service: Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Sales and Service: Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance products. Educate and advise clients on our products, adhering to company underwriting policies.
- Sales Opportunities: Seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers to meet office sales goals.
- Lead Development: Develop leads via telephone and in-person interactions.
- Urgency and Service: Demonstrate a sense of urgency to produce sales and service clients 100% of the time.
- Education: University Degree or College Diploma.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Licenses: Must have OTL or RIBO License and be able to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 10 weeks of hire.
