About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Willowbrook Recycling Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff to improve productivity and performance.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Co-ordinate and assign work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage and analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, and create reports.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Green job that involves duties and responsibilities leading to positive environmental outcomes.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
