Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Watertec Irrigation LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal warehouse operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.

- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
