Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
About the Role:
Safe Engineering Services & technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing invoices and quotes, maintaining our customer database, and preparing and checking sales contracts and amendments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices and quotes to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
- Review and verify sales contracts and amendments for accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Basic math skills, including calculation of percentages.
- Able to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of French language.
- Science background or related field.
- Software programming skills.
