About the Role

We are seeking an experienced machinist to join our team at Mahler Machining Ltd. As a high-precision machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines to produce complex components for various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce high-precision components
  • Work with tight tolerances (microns to 5 thou) and check machined parts for accuracy
  • Read technical drawings and fill in detailed paperwork to record dimensions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and machine
  • Perform basic maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues
  • Work in a team environment to support other machinists and communicate effectively
