Our company is a leading manufacturer of high-precision components for various industries, including aerospace, alternative energy, medical, and manufacturing OEMs. We operate a 20,000-square-foot facility in Coquitlam, BC, equipped with 19 CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, 5-axis, and 7 live tooling machines.

Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining centers.
* Work with tight tolerances (microns to 5 thou).
* Check machined parts and read technical drawings.
* Fill in detailed paperwork and record dimensions accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace and machine.
* Machine knowledge and basic maintenance capabilities.
* Work in a team environment to support other machinists.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Parts deburring and polishing.
