Pharmacy Manager Position

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our Steveston location in Richmond, BC.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  • Providing clinical services, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Managing inventory and team member scheduling, training, and development.
  • Identifying business strengths and patient needs, and developing strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.

You will have:

  • A Canadian pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
  • Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
  • Your Injection Certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience.

Compensation will be based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors, with a salary range of $51.00 - $54.00.
