Job Title: Territory Manager, Medical Device Sales

Medela Canada Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and increasing market penetration in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent and promote Medela Canada in the Human Milk, Cardio Thoracic, and Professional Vacuum Solution segments, within the Acute and Non-Acute channels.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan and budget, based on clear objectives, strategies, and metrics, to meet organizational goals.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Create strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, lactation consultants, educators, and other clinicians.
  • Identify and develop new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to further increase Medela's position in the clinical environment.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications that relate to the customer's needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Medical Device sales in hospital surgical OR.
  • University degree in a related field, such as Science or Business.
  • Clinical background preferred.
  • Ability to travel within territory (50-70%).
