Toronto, Canada 3D Lifestyle Aesthetics and Wellness Medi-spa Full time

As a Medical Aesthetics Devices Sales Representative at 3D Medical Technologies, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge medical aesthetic devices, medical aesthetics training courses, medical aesthetics software services and European mesotherapy range through direct in-store visits and proactive lead follow-up. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educate them on our products, and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Conduct regular in-store visits to promote and sell our range of medical aesthetic devices to new and existing clients, including spas, clinics, and dermatologists.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients to ensure proper usage and understanding of device benefits.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client success.
- **Lead Follow-Up**:

- Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, trade shows, and other sources.
- Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical aesthetics or medical devices industry.
- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics devices and treatments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for in-store visits and client meetings.

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
