Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Husky Williams Lake is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
