Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
