Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BC LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets, as well as estimate costs for food, supplies, and labor.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
