Job Summary

Xorosoft is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
  • User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and software, and collaborate with other technical support workers to ensure seamless support.
  • Supervision: Supervise other technical support workers in the group, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
