Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and software.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our software and systems.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
