Building Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Construction Superintendent to join our team in Fredericton, New Brunswick. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise and direct construction teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct site inspections, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality, driving business growth and success.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in project supervision and team leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
