Senior Business Analyst, Caribbean Banking - Loans/Mortgages/Lending

CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Caribbean Banking team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with IT teams to implement project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Collaborate with diverse, multi-cultural teams located in Canada and the Caribbean
  • Develop and maintain process maps and models to drive business improvement
  • Apply Agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive project success
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage and communicate requirements
  • Provide strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to drive business outcomes
  • Pivot across multiple work streams and projects to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Previous experience in Caribbean and international environments
  • Previous banking experience, including loans and mortgages, securities processing
  • Strong process mapping and modeling skills
  • Experience with Agile methodology, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Jira and Confluence skills
  • MS Office suite skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Sharepoint skills, including capturing, collaborating, and communicating requirements
