Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Analyst to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and support of RBC Caribbean Cards Issuing and ATM/POS Channels processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to assess, research, and analyze business, technical, and system needs to resolve business systems issues.
  • Recommend technology solutions that meet sponsor and stakeholder needs.
  • Provide senior production support to applications and their users, as well as off-hours production support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in programming.
  • Experience developing with iSeries and RPG.
  • Knowledge of relational database systems, including DB2/SQL.
  • Working experience in Agile and Iterative Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
