Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Contact North | Contact Nord. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent from across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Experience: You will be responsible for coordinating education and experience requirements for our job postings, ensuring that all positions are accurately represented and meet the needs of our organization.
- Recruitment and Outreach: You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including creating job postings, managing job boards, and conducting outreach to potential candidates.
- Communication and Collaboration: You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
- Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: You must have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: You must have proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You will be working in a business setting, with opportunities to work with cultural organizations, professional associations, and other organizations.
