Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruiter to join our team at Contact North | Contact Nord. As a Student Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a spokesperson for our organization, promoting our brand and values to students and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage with students, including social media, email marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with our education and experience team to identify and recruit students with the skills and qualifications we need.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with all recruitment and hiring processes.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
