Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Contact North | Contact Nord. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting and engaging top talent from across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Career Development
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with our education team to identify and develop programs that support student success and career development.
- Talent Acquisition and Development
- Source and recruit top talent from across the country, utilizing a range of recruitment channels and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, educators, and industry partners.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with our project management team to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment, education, or a related field
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
