About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Franchise Sales and Development to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our franchise development team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion of our franchise business in Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada for our Canadian brands.
  • Negotiate deal terms and property improvement plans.
  • Execute hotel franchise agreements.
  • Manage relationships and attend industry events.
  • Submit forecasts and general reporting.
Requirements
  • Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
  • New construction development knowledge.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Experience in franchise sales organization(s) preferred.
