The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Expansion Specialist to join our Sales Department in Central & Atlantic Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our presence in the region.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be on expanding our sales channel in the assigned territory through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with existing and potential customers, managing sales processes and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our sales channel in the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share
  • Train and support existing distributors
  • Attend industry events in the territory
  • Manage complex sales cycles unique to our company
  • Secure specifications for our products with key audiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Territory Manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of working with technical products and services
  • Experience driving specifications and selling value-added products
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade (desired)
  • A strong network within the industry, including buyers, influencers, architects, engineers, and more
