About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading a team of Territory Managers and driving business growth across the province
* Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
* Collaborating with the commercial team to develop and implement promotional plans
