Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CPU Pizza & Big Guy's Fried Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu, policies, and procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right positions.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our means.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
