Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth and retention. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and service plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- University degree.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the IT research and advisory market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
