About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Manager to join our Rail and Transit team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of systems integration plans, managing project risks, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systems integration plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and stakeholder expectations
  • Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Lead the development of technical reports, proposals, and other project materials, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • University or postgraduate degree in a related engineering discipline
  • Registered as a P. Eng with an accredited institution or eligible for registration
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transit, safety-critical industry, or related engineering field
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of systems engineering process and principles
  • Experience in different phases of the engineering design life cycle and familiarity with systems engineering standards
