As a FMCG Technical Sales Accounts Manager at BSA WIBERG, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, forecasting sales, and initiating customer projects on a technical basis.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Forecast sales and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Initiate customer projects and provide technical support to ensure successful project execution.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Provide on-site service and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably with ingredients and food processing manufacturers.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

- Strong sales and account management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
