Key Responsibilities and Goals:

As a FMCG Technical Sales Accounts Manager at BSA WIBERG, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, forecasting sales, and initiating customer projects on a technical basis.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Forecast sales and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Initiate customer projects and provide technical support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide on-site service and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably with ingredients and food processing manufacturers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
