Job Summary

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent bookkeeping skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers and journals, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Accounts Reconciliation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare trial balance, financial statements, and other statistical reports as required by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Skills and Experience: Minimum 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or accounting; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; attention to detail; fast-paced environment; overtime required.
  • Languages: Fluency in English language.
