Product Manager, Global Transaction Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer-focused initiatives and developing product roadmaps that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Develop and continuously refine product roadmaps based on competitive analysis, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with partners across the Bank in Small Business, Corporate, and Commercial to deliver product enhancements and drive deposit volumes.
- Prepare training materials and host training sessions with sales teams across Small Business and Commercial segments.
- Act as a subject matter expert and answer product-related questions.
- Create and maintain both internal and external facing content, including manuals, operational procedures, offer letters, service schedules, sales sheets, proposals, and websites.
- Conduct research and gather feedback to better inform product strategy and how it contributes to the bottom line.
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk.
- Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviors.
- University degree in business or finance.
- Product management experience.
- Experience with Canadian deposit products.
