Product Manager, Global Transaction Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Global Transaction Banking team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving customer-focused product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering product enhancements that drive deposit volumes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine product roadmaps based on competitive analysis, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with partners across the Bank to deliver product enhancements and drive deposit volumes.
- Prepare training materials and host training sessions with sales teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and answer product-related questions.
- Create and maintain internal and external facing content, including manuals, operational procedures, offer letters, and sales sheets.
- Conduct research and gather feedback to inform product strategy.
- Understand and implement the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team.
- University degree in business or finance.
- Product management experience.
- Experience with Canadian deposit products.
