Bakery Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Soghaat Sweets & Bakers. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, bread, and cakes according to recipes and customer orders.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order and make repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
The Bakery Supervisor will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a team of experienced bakers and pastry chefs. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
