Bakery Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Soghaat Sweets & Bakers. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Supervise the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Staff Management: Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, decorators, and sales team members.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule staff to meet production demands and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
