Bakery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Soghaat Sweets & Bakers. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pastry department, ensuring the highest quality products are produced and delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Scheduling: Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry production, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
