Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager

Visaforyou Inc is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager to lead our personnel consulting service efforts. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to drive business growth and success.
- Market business services to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Plan and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
- Represent the company within various economic and social organizations.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding results.
- Area of specialization: Business Services, Operations Management, Sales.
- 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk management, accounting, and financial services principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure with a fast-paced environment and large workload.
- Willingness to travel as required by the job.
- Basic security clearance and attention to detail are essential.
$100,001 - $500,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
