Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan Langford. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Hire and manage food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
