About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our food service department, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Lead and Motivate a Team

Supervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Requisition and manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand and maintain a high level of quality.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our food service department is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, sales data, and customer feedback, to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
