Job Description:

The Corporate Data Management Director will report to the Vice President, CFO, and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships within Tangerine business units and CB Finance. Key responsibilities include reporting of the Bank's Management Accounting Financial results, leading the Tangerine Quarterly forecast and Annual profit plan, and 5-year outlook processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of information into compelling, transparent, and insightful reporting. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain strategic relationships with key business line stakeholders to enable them to deliver on the business line strategic goals effectively and efficiently.Lead and oversee expense management process and policies, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring expense management discipline and alignment to Bank expense policies.Provide financial KPIs to support Bank strategic goals and Objectives & Key Results (OKR).Support ad hoc analysis requests as required.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Accounting designation / MBA / university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.7-10 years of relevant experience in a financial area, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of banking industry products/services.Ability to distill large amounts of information into compelling, transparent, and insightful reporting.Strong data analysis and visualization skills and knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with senior Bank executives.

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
