Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are working efficiently.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the sales team.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Assist with foreign credential recognition.
Support for Youths
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
