The Eyewear Sales Professional is a retail leader responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in optical areas. Their primary goal is to drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) by utilizing their skills in leadership, sales, and customer service.



A Day in the Life of an Eyewear Sales Professional


  • Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium in-store experience for customers
  • Mobilize and inspire the team to achieve business objectives
  • Coach employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Exceed sales goals by delivering information on eyewear products and company mission
  • Train new employees on retail operations and optics
  • Collaborate with store managers to provide ongoing training and support
  • Represent the BonLook brand, reflecting company values and image at all times


Optical Responsibilities


  • Comfortably explain eyewear prescriptions
  • Ensure accurate optical measurements, adjustments, and fittings
  • Verify finished eyewear meets BonLook standards and customer requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge
  • Gather product feedback for merchandising teams


Requirements


  • Must be a Licensed Optician in good standing with the College of Opticians
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Passionate about fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Cool under pressure
