They will be responsible for managing cash handling, stock inventory, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes an annual bonus, health insurance benefits, and paid vacation time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign sales workers to duties effectively to ensure seamless store operations
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to improve performance and employee satisfaction
  • Order merchandise in accordance with Circle K's purchasing policies to minimize losses
  • Authorize return of merchandise to prevent losses and maintain store appearance
  • Establish work schedules that align with business needs and employee availability
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve productivity and efficiency targets
  • Manage cash effectively to reduce losses and maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets
