  • Leadership: Lead the summer day camp staff in a positive and professional manner, ensuring the safety of all participants.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between parents, children, staff, and the recreation program coordinator, including weekly phone calls to parents and guardians.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and youth, standard first aid certification, and a valid vulnerable sector check. A post-secondary education in recreation, social services, or childcare is preferred.
