Job Summary

Ricki's, a renowned fashion retailer, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in delivering unparalleled customer experiences. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced retail supervisor who can motivate, train, and coach others to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail and business acumen, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Additionally, they must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership.
  2. Deliver brand fashion ability through the creation and execution of store visual merchandise presentation.
  3. Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders.
  4. Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values.
  5. Oversight of store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties.
  6. Execution of all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives.
  7. Maintenance of a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers.
  8. Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness.
  9. Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results.
  10. Crafting a positive work environment that embodies our values.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
